How to play

Welcome to the busiest little rail yard around! Colorful trains roll in from the left, and each one must reach the station that matches its color: red trains to the red station, blue to blue, green to green. The catch is that every lane has a switch deciding where its trains exit, and the switches do not always point the right way. Watch each incoming train, check its color, and flip the switch on its lane so it lines up with the matching station before the train reaches the end of the track. Route 15 trains correctly to finish your shift and win. Send 3 trains to the wrong station and your shift ends in a derailment.

Controls

• Click or tap a switch to cycle it: red station, then blue, then green, then back to red.
• Keyboard: press 1, 2, or 3 to cycle the switch on lane 1, 2, or 3.
• Press P or the pause button to freeze the yard while you think.
• Press the Start Shift button to begin; Play Again restarts the shift.

Tips

• Set the switch as soon as a train spawns — trains get faster as your routed count grows.
• Work lane by lane: glance at the incoming train color, then flip.
• The destination marker at the end of each lane always shows where the switch currently points.
• Do not rush a train that is still far away; fix the closest danger first.

Scoring

Every correctly routed train adds one to your Routed tally. Your best shift (most trains routed) is saved in your browser, so you can keep chasing a perfect 15. Misroutes cost you nothing but luck — three strikes and the shift is over. There is no timer, so play smart: a calm yardmaster beats a frantic one every time.
