🐸 Sky Hopper
Bounce, steer, climb — how high can one little frog go?
How to play Sky Hopper
How to play
Sky Hopper is a climb-as-high-as-you-can bouncing game starring one very determined frog. The frog bounces automatically every time it lands on a platform — your job is purely steering: guide each bounce left or right so you keep landing on platforms and rising higher. Miss a landing and the frog keeps falling... past the bottom of the screen, and the run is over. Some platforms drift sideways to test your aim.
Controls
- Keyboard: ← / → or A / D to steer left and right in mid-air.
- Mouse / touch: press and drag sideways — the frog steers toward your finger.
- The frog wraps around the screen edges, so flying off one side pops you out the other.
- Press Play to start hopping, Play Again for another climb.
Tips
- Steer while rising, not while falling — small corrections at the top of a bounce go furthest.
- Use the screen wrap shamelessly: a platform near the left edge is reachable by flying off the right.
- Moving platforms are predictable — watch their rhythm for one bounce before committing.
- Stay near the middle of the screen vertically; hugging the top leaves you no room to adjust a bad bounce.
Scoring
Your score is your maximum height in meters — every pixel climbed counts, and the camera only scrolls upward, so there's no going back down for a second chance. Higher climbs mean wider gaps and faster-moving platforms, so late-game steering needs real finesse. Your personal best is saved in your browser. Set a record, then break it.
