How to play

Rocket Launch is a two-part arcade flight. First, fueling: press and hold SPACE (or the big orange HOLD button) while the power meter sweeps up and down — let go to launch at the needle's power. Release in the green zone for a perfect launch with extra speed. Once airborne, the rocket climbs on its own while fuel burns for about 40 seconds. Steer left and right to grab stars and dodge storm clouds and birds — three hits and your rocket tumbles down.

Controls

Hold SPACE or press-and-hold the HOLD button to charge; release to launch. Steer with the Left and Right arrow keys, or hold the on-screen ◀ and ▶ buttons. Everything works with mouse and touch too: hold the HOLD button with a finger, then hold a steer button. Press Enter on the start screen to begin, and Play Again (or Enter) after a flight to fly again.

Tips

Watch the meter's rhythm for a beat or two before committing — the green zone is only the top quarter of the bar. A perfect launch starts you much faster, earning far more altitude. Stars are worth 50 points each, so veer toward them, but never trade a star for a storm cloud. When hazards stack vertically, slip between them early instead of dodging late. After each hit you flash with a brief shield — use that safe second to reposition.

Scoring

Your score is your maximum altitude in meters plus 50 points per star, so both matter. The flight ends when fuel runs dry after roughly 40 seconds, or when the third hit sends the rocket tumbling. Your best score is saved on your device — beat it and a NEW BEST badge appears on the results screen.
