How to play Parking Puzzle
The goal
Each level is a packed 6×6 parking lot with one clear rule: drive the red car out through the exit gap on the right edge of the board. Every other car is an obstacle. Cars can only slide forward or backward along the lane they are parked in — horizontal cars move left and right, vertical cars move up and down. They can never turn, and they can never pass through another car. Clear a lane for the red car and it is free.
Controls
- Mouse / touch: drag any car with your finger or mouse to slide it. Release to drop it into place — each drag counts as one move, no matter how far it travels.
- Keyboard: click a car to select it (a glowing ring appears), then use the arrow keys to slide it one space at a time.
- Reset: the ↺ button restarts the current level with the move counter back at zero.
Tips
Start by looking at the red car's row: which cars block it, and what blocks those cars? Work backwards from the exit. Long drags save moves — sliding a car all the way in one drag costs the same single move as nudging it one space, so plan the full journey before you touch a car. Vertical cars near the exit row are usually the key. There are 8 hand-built levels, each one trickier than the last, and the final board needs real forward thinking. Take your time — there is no timer, only your move count.
Scoring
Your score is your move count, shown at the top of the board. Finishing a level in fewer moves is better. Your total across all 8 levels is revealed when you clear the final lot and earn the title of Parking Master. Replay any level from the reset button and try to beat your own best.
