How to play Marble Tilt
How to play
Marble Tilt is a classic tilt-the-board puzzle. A shiny blue marble rests on a wooden tray maze, and the only way to move it is to tilt the whole tray โ gravity does the rest. Roll the marble from the start square to the glowing green GO circle on each of the three hand-built levels. The catch: dark, hungry holes are scattered across every tray, and rolling into one costs you a life. You have three lives to finish all three mazes. The marble has real momentum, so it keeps rolling after you straighten the tray โ brake early, steer gently, and treat every corner like it is coated in ice.
Controls
- Tilt the tray: hold the arrow keys or WASD. Combine keys for diagonal tilts.
- Touch / mouse: press and hold the โ โฒ โผ โถ buttons under the game โ they work like a thumbstick.
- Start / restart: click Start Rolling (or Roll Again), or press Space / Enter.
- Release all keys or buttons to let the tray level out and slow the marble down.
Tips
- Feather the tilt: short taps give you far more control than holding a direction and hoping.
- Slow down before tight turns โ the marble carries momentum, and walls only bounce you, they do not stop you.
- Holes pull hardest when you are moving fast nearby; creep past them at low speed with tiny corrections.
- The timer on screen is your real enemy on level 3: a calm, steady roll beats a frantic sprint that ends in a hole.
Scoring
Each finished level awards 400 points plus a time bonus of 10 points per second under a one-minute target โ fast, clean runs score far more than slow ones. Falling in a hole costs a life but no points. Lose all three lives and the run ends. Your best total is saved in your browser, so every attempt is a race against your own record.
