πͺ Lumberjack Larry
Chop from the branch-free side β one wrong swing costs a life!
How to play Lumberjack Larry
How to play
Lumberjack Larry is a race against the clock with an axe in your hands. Each chop fells one trunk segment and the tree drops lower, but every segment can hide a branch sticking out on the left or the right. Chop from the side opposite the lowest branch: swinging into a branch costs Larry one of his three lives. You have 60 seconds to pile up as many clean chops as you can, with a +50 speed bonus landing every 25 chops.
Controls
Press the left or right arrow key (or A / D) to chop from that side, or tap the left or right half of the screen on touch devices. Press Enter to start or restart from the overlays. The game runs entirely in your browser with no downloads and works offline.
Tips
Watch the lowest branch before every swing β the branch that matters is the one at Larryβs feet, not the top of the tree. Find a rhythm and alternate sides instead of hesitating; fast, confident chops build your score quicker than cautious ones. When the timer drops under ten seconds, swing as fast as you dare β every extra chop counts.
Scoring
Every clean chop earns 1 point, and every 25th chop triggers a +50 speed bonus. Hitting a branch costs a life but no points; three branch hits end the run early. Your best score is saved on your device β try to beat it!
