How to play
Ice Slider is a slippery sliding puzzle: you play a penguin on a frozen cave floor, and every move sends you gliding in a straight line until you smack into a wall or a rock. You cannot stop mid-slide, so every push is a commitment. Each level hides snowflakes around the ice — collect every single one, then slide onto the green EXIT tile to clear the level. Three hand-built levels, each with a par score: finish in par or fewer moves and you are officially icy smooth.
Controls
Use the arrow keys or WASD on desktop to slide up, down, left or right. On mobile, swipe across the ice or tap the on-screen direction pad. One keypress equals one full slide, however far you travel. Press Start to begin; after clearing a level, the button advances you to the next one.
Tips
Think in destinations, not directions: before every slide, ask where you will stop, not where you are heading. Walls are your brakes — the only way to stop in open ice is to line up a wall or rock behind your target. Grab snowflakes in an order that leaves you near the exit; a snowflake behind you is expensive because turning around on ice takes several slides. If a level feels impossible, replay the previous one — the par-3 first level teaches the core trick: sometimes the fastest route to a snowflake is to slide past it and bounce back off the far wall.
Scoring
Your score is your move count versus par: level 1 par 3, level 2 par 8, level 3 par 9. Beat par and you have found the optimal route — there is no shorter path. The game tracks moves per level, so chase the perfect run on each.
