How to play
Hose Hero puts you in the boots of a firefighter as flames erupt across a four-story building. Your mission: keep the building standing for a full 90 seconds. Fires ignite in random windows and grow every second — if one reaches full size, that window burns out and the building loses a big chunk of health. Lose all its health and your run ends. Aim your hose straight up at the burning windows and hold the spray to douse the flames. The catch? Your tank drains fast while spraying and only refills when you release the trigger, so every drop counts.
Controls
On a computer, slide the firefighter with the Left and Right arrow keys (or A and D) and hold Space to spray water. On phones and tablets, tap the on-screen arrow buttons to roll left and right and hold the big water button to spray — or simply drag your finger across the play area to aim the nozzle and press down to unleash the stream.
Tips
- Attack the biggest fires first — a nearly full-size blaze can burn out a window in seconds.
- Feather your spray in short bursts; your tank refills while you reposition.
- Line up under columns with several burning windows to douse more than one fire at a time.
- When building health runs low, play aggressively and ignore the small flames.
- Quick consecutive extinguishes build a combo bonus, so hustle between windows.
Scoring
Every fire you extinguish earns 100 points, plus 25 bonus points for each step of your combo streak. The streak grows with every quick extinguish and resets if you go too long without putting one out. Your best score is saved on your device, so each run is a fresh shot at a personal record.
