🎆 Firework Frenzy
Launch, detonate, combo — light up the night sky!
How to play Firework Frenzy
How to play
Firework Frenzy puts you in charge of the grand finale at a Fourth of July show. Star targets drift across the night sky, and your job is to blast them with perfectly timed fireworks. Tap anywhere in the sky to launch a rocket from the launch pad, then tap a second time to detonate it at exactly the height you want — the explosion's blast radius catches every star inside it. Each burst can hit multiple stars, and every extra star in the same burst multiplies your points, so patience and positioning pay off. You have 60 seconds to rack up the biggest score you can, but every empty burst or rocket lost to the clouds counts as a miss, and 8 misses fizzle the show out early.
Controls
- Tap / click anywhere on the sky: first tap launches a rocket from the launch pad, second tap detonates it mid-flight at that height.
- Space does the same — launch, then detonate — for keyboard players. Enter or Space starts a new round.
- P or Esc pauses and resumes the show.
Tips
Don't detonate the instant you launch — let the rocket climb into a cluster of stars first, since one burst catching three stars beats three bursts catching one. Golden stars are rare but worth five times a normal star, so save your best-positioned bursts for them. Watch the drift direction of the stars and lead your detonation slightly, the way you'd lead a target in archery. If a rocket is about to fly off the top of the sky, detonate it anyway — a long-shot burst sometimes clips a star, and a lost rocket is a guaranteed miss.
Scoring
Each normal star is worth 10 points and each golden star 50 points, multiplied by its position in the burst: the first star caught scores base value, the second scores double, the third triple, and so on. A single burst catching 3 normal stars earns 10 + 20 + 30 = 60 points. Your best score is saved on your device automatically. Misses never subtract points, but 8 of them end the round early — the clock is the other way to finish.
