How to play Domino Chain
How to play
Domino Chain is a cozy tile-linking puzzle: you get a tray of 8 domino tiles, and your job is to lay every one into a single unbroken chain. Drag a tile into the chain row — each new tile must connect to the open end you drop it on, with touching numbers matching, just like real dominoes. Drop near the left side to attach to the left end, or near the right side for the right end. Tile facing the wrong way? Tap a placed tile to rotate it 180°. Win by placing all 8 tiles in one valid chain. Every deal is guaranteed solvable: the game builds a secret matching chain first, then shuffles the tiles.
Controls
- Touch / mouse: drag a tile from the tray and drop it on the left or right half of the chain. Tap a placed tile to rotate it; drag an end tile back to the tray to undo it.
- Keyboard: 1–8 selects a tray tile, F flips it, L/R places it left/right. Left/Right select a placed tile, T rotates it.
- Press Play for a fresh set of tiles, Play Again for another puzzle.
Tips
- Start with the tile showing the rarest number — doubles like 4|4 lock one number early and make great starters.
- Picture both ends of a tile before dropping: rotating first is free, but a wasted placement costs a move.
Scoring
Each successful placement counts as one move, and the clock runs throughout. Your score starts at 1200 and drops 20 per move and 10 per second — fewer moves and faster thinking score bigger. Your best is saved on this device. Can you clear all 8 tiles in 8 perfect moves?
