How to play

Air Hockey is a lightning-fast table game against the computer. You control the orange mallet on your half of the table and the CPU goalie defends the top goal. Every rally starts with the puck dropped at center ice. Slide your mallet into the puck to knock it toward the CPU's goal, and race back to block anything coming at your own goal at the bottom. The puck glides with realistic friction, bounces off the walls, and picks up extra speed when you flick your mallet through it. Each goal resets the puck to center, and the match ends the moment someone reaches 7 goals.

Controls

Drag your mallet with the mouse or your finger — press and hold anywhere on the table and slide. Your mallet is locked to your own half, so it can never cross the center line. You can also play with the keyboard: the arrow keys nudge your mallet around. Press Enter or Space on the overlay to start, and the same keys restart a finished match.

Tips

Power comes from mallet speed, not position: a quick flick sends the puck flying, while a slow push just nudges it. Aim your shots at the corners of the goal rather than straight at the CPU goalie — it tracks the puck and struggles most with wide angles. When the puck is deep in your half, clear it up the walls where the CPU has the longest chase. Between attacks, park your mallet just in front of your own goal mouth to cut off straight shots.

Scoring

One point per goal, and the first player to 7 goals takes the match. There are no extra points — the only stat that matters is the scoreline in the score bar. Win or lose, hit the restart button on the results overlay for an instant rematch.
